Montana State sophomore Camila Noe, last year's women's champion and a returning All-American, took fourth in the 5-kilometer race Saturday in 17:23.3 at the Big Sky Conference Cross Country Championships. Noe was bidding to become the first repeat women's winner since 2011-12.
